WHAT IS GRAPPA?
Grappa is made by distilling the pomace (a blend of grape seeds, stalks, and stems) left- over from the wine-making process. Grappa production has always entailed zero waste and is a perfect example of a circular economy. The resulting spirit is not light by any means — on average, it contains 37.5 to 60 percent alcohol by volume! We have a selection of Jacopo Poli Grappa at Angelo’s. We have several different grape varietals. Ask your server for a list of the current inventory. Each 2 ounce pour is 13.00

Appeared on the scene in the late1940’s. It is another form of the Manhattan, replacing vermouth with Benedictine. Made with LPS Bourbon and Angostura Bitters. 14
THE HUGO
An aperitif originating in Northern Italy from Elderflower Liqueur and Prosecco. We add LPS Bourbon and garnish with lemon peel and mint. 14
BOURBON ANGELO AZZURRO
A sophisticated cocktail (not named for Angelo’s !!) from Capri Italy. We twist up this classic with LPS Bourbon, Blue Curacao, Rhubarb Bitters, triple sec, and lemon juice. Garnished with a lemon peel. 14
